After hours of preparation and practice, Green Talk volunteers were ready, waiting for one more day for Earth Day 20/4 to officially happen. Upcoming exciting activities for this day have been checked over and over again for a whole month. On this beautiful Saturday 19/04 the full scale rehearsal did go smoothly all thanks to our dear volunteers, as well as Flashmob team and the Organizer Board.

When the sun just came up, Human Resource (HR) members gathered around for register as well as for organizing seats for the rehearsal. Here and there, few Flasmob members appeared at the foot of Anh Sao (Starlight) bridge (Ban Nguyet lake, Phu My Hung, District 7), practicing their moves. At 7 o’clock, all of Earth Day 20/04 members have already been settled under Ms Vu Trinh’s direction.

From the success of Earth Hour 23/03/2013, Mr. Truong Nam Thanh once again appeared with Green Talk as Earth Day’s ambassador. Taking this important role, he promised to bring about the meaningful message from Green Talk project, as well as from Earth Day: “50,000 fingerprints committing for A Non-littering day” through Flashmob impressive performance with over 1,000 volunteers. His appearance on rehearsal day has boosted the atmosphere – hotter than ever before.

Besides Mr. Truong Nam Thanh’s appearance, another figure will participate in this spectacular records is a young and talented actress Tam Trieu Dang. She will cooperate with Truong Nam Thanh and Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc to dance for “50,000 fingerprints for a Non-littering day”. Moreover, she will also be a representative for “Rua Con backpack” stand.

Apart from practicing Flashmob, Green Hour team also gathered around, rechecking the planned routes with Green Hour leader – Dinh Huu Ngoc Son to better prepare for next day Green Hour.

Time went by and the sun slowly came up. A token of thank you to all our beloved Green Talk volunteers, the ones who put their heart and passion to Green Talk through this majestic road. Let’s hope the figure of 1,000 volunteers wouldn’t stop here. That there will be more than 1,000 people ready to join hands for a better Earth in the future.
